How can I order my sign?

 

If you like a type of sign with the decoration shown in my store catalog, all you have to do is:

1) select the size you need;

2) choose your holes/no holes/ hook option;

3) add your personalized writing (house name, number, address, quote or else);

4) add item to cart and checkout.

Any other detail that you may want to be added or left out on your sign (e.g. a little butterfly, a specific font for your wording) can be further specified leaving a note when you check out from my store or by e-mail.

When will I receive my sign?

It usually takes me from 5-7 days up to 2 weeks to complete the accurate, personalized painting job shown on my signs, depending on multiple firings required by the specific decorations and wording. Once they are finished, all my plaques are carefully packed and shipped worldwide with UPS trackable courier.

Typical delivery times are 2-3 working days to reach destinations in USA, Canada and all around Europe. Australia and New Zealand destinations usually take 6-7 working days.

2-3 weeks from the order is therefore my standard delivery time. If you have a specific, earlier deadline to meet, please contact me by e-mail before placing your order and I will do my best to schedule an earlier delivery.

Can I require a specific font for my wording?

Yes, I can paint the wording of your choice using any type of font that you may like, please specify your choice and/or send me a picture of the writing to be replicated. You can check some font samples I regularly use here. The script font I use the most on my signs is a slick Edwardian English Script, by the way.

Can I change the color for my wording?

Yes, all wording on my signs can be painted with any color that you like. Black is the most common choice for best visibility, but wording in greens, blues and purples can also turn out very elegant!

Can I have a gift wrap?

Yes, every package is carefully packed and shipped in a nice solid wrapping. Gift packaging with elegant papers, personal notes and other ameneties can be included on request.

What payment method can I use?

Payments by all major credit cards and Paypal are accepted and securely processed at checkout. Payments must be completed before I start the painting work.
